Below are photos from Paris, France in January 2007

The Eiffel Tower seen from the top of the Arch de Triumph.

The Museum of the Army contains military items spanning hundreds of years. It also contains the tomb of Napoleon.

The Arch de Triumph stands 165 feet tall in the Place Charles De Gaulle. It was designed by Jean Chalgrin in 1806.

The Arch is a war memorial and underneath is the WWI tomb of the unknown soldier.
On the right is the view East along the Champs-Elysees from the top of the Arch.
The Louvre Palace holds many of the world's great art pieces. The Museum Arts et Metiers contains equipment of many historical scientists.
